Primary Transition

At The Thomas Lord Audley School we believe that a successful Year 6 transition process is vital to ensure pupils have the best possible start to their secondary education.

Our transition offer allows us to have the best possible understanding of the needs of our future students so that they can embark on their next phase with confidence.

To ensure this happens as successfully as possible, we offer the following to our feeder primary schools:

• A visit from the Head of Year and Assistant Head of Year along with current students who attended your feeder school

• A visit from our Safeguarding Team

• A visit from our SEND Team
